Jusi. (JUS. AI)
Jusi. is JUS.'s legal AI assistant. You can ask questions from inside Word, have your open document analysed, and return to your previous conversations.
The tab has three sections: Chat, Analyse and History.
The Jusi. tab is only visible if the Jusi. (JUS. AI) integration is active on your account.
Chat
1. Go to Jusi. → Chat from the top tabs.
2. On first open you will see Quick Start and Example Queries cards. Click an example to get started right away.
3. Type your question into the Type your message... box at the bottom and send it.
4. Using the buttons below the answer you can:
- copy the answer to the clipboard,
- insert the answer straight into the Word document.
5. In long conversations, use the Search in chat... box to search through earlier messages.
Analyse
The Analyse section reads the document currently open in Word and extracts contract risks, missing clauses and improvement suggestions.
1. Open the contract you want to analyse in Word.
2. Go to Jusi. → Analyse. The name of the document to be analysed is shown at the top under ACTIVE WORD DOCUMENT.
3. In the Who is the analysis for? field, enter the party whose interests should be considered (for example, your own company name). Jusi. scores the risks from that party's point of view.
4. Click Analyse.
The analysis can take a few minutes depending on the length of the contract. Do not close the task pane while it is running.
5. When the analysis finishes, results are listed under two headings:
- Detected risks and suggestions — each finding shows the RELATED CLAUSE (its counterpart in the document) and the SUGGESTED CHANGE.
- Missing clauses — clauses that are expected but not present in the contract.
6. Clicking a finding highlights the related clause in the Word document. Use the button on the SUGGESTED CHANGE card to apply the suggestion directly to the document, or mark the finding as Ignored.
7. Some findings include a CASE LAW / RELATED DECISIONS section. Click a decision to read its full text in the task pane.
If a finding shows "This clause was not found in the document", the text may have been changed after the analysis. Re-run the analysis.
History
1. Go to Jusi. → History.
2. Click a conversation in the Past Conversations list to continue where you left off.
3. Use the Search in conversations... box to filter your old conversations by title.
4. To delete a conversation, click the bin icon on the row and confirm.
The Analyse section also has a Recent analyses list, from which you can return to earlier analysis results or delete an analysis.
