Adding a New Document

Follow the steps below to add a new document.

1. Click the "Document" button from the menu on the left side.

2. Select the document type.

3. Select a folder (if there is none, you can add one using the + button next to it).

4. The system will automatically generate a document code for you; you can change this code if you wish.

5 Enter the document name.

6. Enter the language and publication date (if applicable).

7. Enter the editor (if applicable).

8. If you want to submit the document for approval before publishing, click the link in the "Click to add an approving user" field, then specify the approving person and whether the approval is mandatory. There can be multiple approvers; you can add a new approver using the link below.

9 Enter a description (if applicable) and save.
