Creating New Document Content
After a document is created, you can follow the steps below to create the document content.
1. Go to the details of the document for which you want to create content.
2. Navigate to the "Document" tab.
3. Click the "Add New" button and then click "JUS Editor".
4. The system will automatically create document content with version number 1.0.0. Then click the edit button under the interaction menu.
5. The system will redirect you directly to the editor. Create the document content here.
6. If you want to publish the content directly, click "Save and Publish"; to save only, click the "Save" button.
Submitting for Approval and Publishing the Document
Follow the steps below to publish the document whose content you have created.
1. Go to the details of the document you want to publish.
2. Click the "Submit for Approval" button in the upper right area.
3. If the person who created and approves the document is the same, the document is automatically approved. If the approver is a different user or multiple users, the document must be approved before it can be published. You can manage the person(s) who will approve the document from the "Team" tab.
4. When the users who will approve the document enter the document details, they can approve the document on the right side.
5. When document approval is complete, you can publish the document by clicking the "Publish" button in the upper right corner.
Creating a Template Document
Template documents are document types whose content can be dynamically populated. Follow the steps below to create a template document.
1. Click the "New Template Document" button from the menu on the left side.
2. Select the template document name and template document type.
3. In the content section, create your main template. For the data you want to dynamically populate, use the values in the "Key Value" field. For example:
Personal data collected within the scope of the privacy notice is processed for the following purposes: #ProcessingPurpose#
The "#ProcessingPurpose#" expression here is the key word representing the purpose for which you use personal data. The system automatically pulls this data from your purposes.
