Contract, Risk and Saving

Contract

If there is any contract or document related to the process, you can select the relevant contracts or documents from this area. If you want to create a new contract or document, you can create a new contract/document by clicking the "+" button. You can access the details of the newly created document or contract from the relevant module (document or contract).

Risk

If there is any risk related to the process, you can select the relevant risk by clicking "Click to Add Risk" in the section that opens. For the risk you want to add, you must enter the "threat", "vulnerability", and "description" fields from the section that opens, or select from the list using the select from list button on the right side.

Saving

After filling in the relevant fields for the process, you can add the process to the personal data processing inventory by clicking the "SAVE" button in the bottom right. You can view the process you added from the "Process List" section on the left, or update the process details from this section.
