Template Management

Audit templates provide the foundation for any operation you want to audit across JUS modules. Audits are performed by assigning the created template audits to companies, assets, processes, and similar operations.

Adding a New Template

To initiate the audit process, a draft audit must first be created.

1. Select "Template Management" from the menu on the left side.

2. Click the "Create New" button on the screen that opens.

3. In the window that opens, enter the template name in the "Name" field and the template description in the "Description" field, then click the "Save" button.

4. To enter your survey questions, you can work on the screen you are redirected to after step 3. If your question has a score, you must enter the question score in the "Question Score" field next to the question name. If your question has scored answers, then check the "Scored" option to enter scores for the answers. You can also specify the question type in this area.

5. You can add as many answers as you like to your questions using the "Add Answer" button. You can use the button at the beginning to indicate whether an answer option is correct or incorrect. As mentioned in step 4, if your answers are scored, you must enter a score for each answer option.

6. After completing your questions and answers, don't forget to save using the Save option.
