Legal Basis and Transfer

You can select the "Legal Basis" under which personal data is processed from this section. The legal bases added in this section are automatically added to the data subjects and personal data you added in the "Process Inventory Information". You can customize the legal bases for each "person group" and "data/data category" by clicking the "Select Detailed" button.

Transfer​

If there are transferred data among the processed personal data, you can select which Company/Institution the data is transferred to, which data is transferred, and the legal status of that Company/Institution from this section.

If the transfer group is not in the opened list, you can add a new transfer group by clicking the "+" button; you can access the details of the newly added Company/Institution from the company module.

The transfer groups added in this section are automatically added to the data subjects and personal data you added in the "Process Inventory Information". You can customize the transfer groups for each "person group" and "data/data category" by clicking the "Select Detailed" button.
