Data Subject Requests

In this module, where you can manage data subject requests received by your company or institution, it helps you assign the incoming request to the authorized department or person, taking the legal process into account, and provide a complete response to the data subject.

Adding a New Request

Follow the steps below to add a new data subject request.

1. Create the request definition.

  • Select who is making the request (the data subject themselves or a representative)
  • Select the request method
  • Select the request date

2. Fill in the identity information of the applicant.

  • If the applicant is the data subject themselves, the "First Name" and "Last Name" fields are required.
  • If the applicant is a representative, the first name and last name of both the data subject and the representative, along with the power of attorney document, are required.

3. Enter the request details.

  • You must enter the data subject, response method, request type, and request details as mandatory fields.

Request Management

You can access the details of a request by clicking its request number in the request list.

When you enter the request details, you can view or change the current stage of the request using the status progress bar. A comment is required for each status change. Written comments will appear in the activities section.

In the request details, you can edit the request, assign tasks, view the history of assigned tasks, comments, and attachments.

The system automatically assigns the request deadline. If you want to extend the deadline, you can use the "+" button in the "Remaining Days" tab.

You can use the verifications tab for identity verification of the applicant. Follow the steps below for identity verification:

    1. Specify the details
    1. Specify the verification status
    1. Attach a file and save.
