Gap Analysis and Corrective Actions

4. After the asset group scoring process, click the "Gap Analysis" button on the left to perform a gap analysis.

  • Mark the controls for asset groups as "Applicable (A)" or "Not Applicable (NA)" and click the "Assign Controls to Asset Groups" button in the bottom right.
  • After the previous step, the system will redirect you to the Current Status and Gap Analysis section.
  • In this section, click on the names of the asset groups.
  • The system will redirect you to the assigned controls list. Click the pencil button on the far right in this section to:
  • Enter the implementation status, current status description, target status, compensating control (if any), and corrective action, then click the check button on the far right.
  • To view the added corrective actions, you can view "Corrective Actions" on the left.

5. In the "Guide Implementation and Roadmap Planning" menu on the left, you can view the number of assigned corrective actions and the number of completed corrective actions.

What the survey user needs to do

1. The surveys assigned to you will be sent via email. Open the system by clicking the link in the email.

2. If you are already logged into the system, the application will redirect you directly to the survey page. If you are not logged in:

  • First, log into the system using the username and password that were previously sent to you.
  • Click on the "Audit Management" module on the main page.
  • Click the "Audit Management" button on the left side.
  • In the list that appears, select the "Audits assigned to me" option from the filter section at the top to view the surveys assigned to you.
  • The surveys you need to fill out will appear in the opened list. Click the "Continue" button on the far right.
  • The survey questions will appear on the opened page. Answer the questions and click the "Save" button.
  • The system will redirect you back to the survey list. In this section, you can view the survey completion date and your score.
  • The survey is completed after these steps.
